2018 Overnight Camp Information
REGISTRATION: Registration takes place on Sunday between 2:45 PM - 4:00 PM at the dorm. There will be signs to guide you for unloading & parking. Orientation will take place at 4:00 PM Parents are encouraged to attend, but is not mandatory.
CAMP ENDS: Camp closing ceremony is at 11:15 AM. on Thursday after the tournament at Twin Rivers Golf Course. Parents are invited to attend the golf tournament and the closing ceremony!

HEALTH & SAFETY FORMS: Updated 2018 forms will be emailed to you when they are available.
CELL PHONE POLICY: Cell phones are permitted at camp, but campers must abide by the rules relative to their daily usage. Cell phones are strictly prohibited during instruction and course play. If a camper is seen using a cell phone when usage is prohibited, it will be confiscated and returned upon the end of the day. Cell phone usage is limited to periods of free-time and in the evenings.
SPENDING MONEY: For overnight campers, we recommend that each camper brings $50-$60 per week of spending money. Campers will have the opportunity to go to the Baylor Bookstore one day during camp and purchase snacks t-shirts and golf camp accessories throughout camp.
DAMAGES: You acknowledge and agree to assume and be fully responsible for any and all property or other damage to the room or any other facility used at the Baylor Golf Camp.
CANCELLATIONS: In the unlikely event your camp session is canceled, we will refund all camp tuition and registration fees. The Baylor Golf Camp is not responsible for personal travel or other expenses associated with attending the camp. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said camp tuition and registration fees. We will grant refunds minus a $200 cancellation fee if the camp staff is notified before May 25th, 2018.
SUPERVISION: Campers will be supervised 24/7 during their stay at camp. All chaperones will be thoroughly screened and background checked.
FIRST AID: A Baylor athletic trainer will be on duty to treat all minor injuries and sickness. For serious problems, the Baylor Student Health Center is available.
CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING: Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment and personal items. The Baylor Camp, Baylor University, and Twin Rivers Golf Club are not responsible for lost or stolen money or valuable items such as expensive cameras, cell phones, mp3 players, etc. We recommend that you do not send unnecessary items of clothing, which can get lost, and don’t forget to label every article of clothing and equipment.
